Jared S. Beasley is the Pastor of Jerusalem Baptist Church located in Sparta Virginia.


     Pastor Beasley is a native of Caroline County, Virginia.  He is one of eight children born to the late James Beasley, Sr. and the late Arlene Fortune Beasley. He is the CEO of Beasley Harvesting. He has furthered his studies at various educational institutions in Fredericksburg and Richmond,Virginia.
    Answering the call of God, he was licensed to preach in December 1998 at Jerusalem Baptist Church under the Pastorate of Rev. Dr. Willie Banks. He was ordained by Rev. Gregory Howard, former Pastor of Jerusalem and current Senior Pastor of Union Branch Baptist Church, Chester, Virginia. Once again answering the call of God, on June 1, 2008, Rev. Bealsey became the Pastor of Jerusalem Baptist Church, Sparta, Virginia. Under his Pastorship the church has started several new ministries including the Praise and Worship Team, Widows Ministry, Children's Church and more. He has also had the parking lot paved and a new Church marquee installed. 
    Rev. Beasley has long been telling the Gospel through song. He has sung with several Gospel groups including the Spiritual Uplifters, Keys of Inspiration, Hearts of Joy, and the Altogether Gospel Singers. Pastor Beasley tries to stay humble and is known for his ability to understand your problems and his ability to point you to scriptures that can ease your discomfort and provide understanding, comfort and peace. Through his ability to reach and teach the old and the young he has been able to bring many lost soul's to Christ.
    Pastor Beasley is married to the lovely, Pamela Beasley who is his best friend and the most influential person in his life. They are blessed with three sons: Brandon, Brooks, and Brian Beasley.
